Landmarks Gallery Restoration Department will give new life to your works of art.

Preserve the value and beauty of your favorite pieces. Oil paintings, Acrylic paintings, watercolors, photographs, prints and statues can be restored. Tears, cracking, missing paint can all be corrected.

We also restore frames by re-ornamenting, gold-leafing, or painting.

Our on-site staff is professional, trained and qualified, offering complete conservation services to galleries, collectors, and museums.

Canvas Transfers

Do you have a print or poster that you would like to own on canvas? Have Landmarks Gallery transfer the print or poster to artists' canvas so it resembles the original painting. A canvas transfer is an intensely detailed process by which an image is lifted off paper and the resulting film thoroughly embedded into the highest quality canvas.

Vibrant color reflected by the canvas surface makes the prints outstanding at a fraction of the cost of the original. (Approximately $0.26 per square inch.) We then stretch the canvas like a painting. You will not need glass to cover the piece, and the artwork is easily cleaned with a damp cloth.

Custom Framing

Landmarks Gallery has over 950 molding samples and mats for your choice in framing. All the work is done in-house by skilled framers.

We offer custom framing of art, documents, needlework and objects. Design assistance and free consultations are available to assist you in selection.

Professional Photography

Landmarks Gallery offers professional photography for art collectors and artists. An accurate, comprehensive photo record of inventory is valuable as a source for providing photos to clients, auction houses, museums and insurance entities.

Professional Photographer, Paul Bernhardt has extensive knowledge of photography being an alumni of MATC in Photography and from working in the field for a number of years.

Images can be prepared on disks or in traditional prints. Special projects can also be accommodated. Photos are taken at Landmarks Gallery store or can be arranged on site for a separate fee. Call for an appointment and estimate. All photo sessions are by appointment only.

Appraisals

Landmarks Gallery offers appraisals of your artwork for any purpose. We prepare appraisals for market, estate, and insurance purposes, researched by our professional staff. We are members of the New England Appraiser Association. We offer verbal as well as written appraisals. Please call the Gallery for more information. All appraisals are by appointment only.

Corporate Consulting

Landmarks Gallery offers a special full service for corporations, companies, and business offices. We will visit your site to assist in selecting appropriate art. Everything from prestigious original paintings to low-cost, full-color prints are offered based on your price range and selection.

We offer framing suggestions for the pieces you choose. We also will hang the pictures at the site for you.

Sculptures, wood carvings, and other three-dimensional objects are also available.
